A1 Drone Services provides drone-assisted roof inspections, aerial photography, property documentation, and related drone services for insurance adjusters, contractors, engineers, property owners, and related industries.

All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, airspace authorization, and safe operating conditions.

Drone operations may be delayed or rescheduled due to:

• Unsafe weather conditions
• FAA airspace restrictions
• High winds
• Rain or lightning
• Unsafe site conditions

A1DS reserves the right to postpone or cancel operations if conditions are considered unsafe.

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate property location information
• Obtain permission for site access when required
• Ensure the property is legally accessible
• Inform A1DS of any known hazards or restrictions on the property

All drone operations are conducted in accordance with applicable FAA regulations and safety requirements. Certain locations may require additional FAA authorization or operational approval.

Inspection deliverables may include:

• Drone photographs
• Video footage
• Roof overview imagery
• Property documentation
• Inspection observations

Deliverables are provided electronically unless otherwise agreed.

Payment is due according to the agreed invoice terms unless otherwise stated in writing. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

A1DS provides visual aerial documentation services only and does not guarantee the structural condition, insurability, repairability, or safety of any property.

A1DS shall not be held liable for:

• Hidden defects not visible during inspection
• Weather-related delays
• Airspace restrictions preventing flight
• Third-party use or interpretation of deliverables
• Indirect or consequential damages

All photos, videos, and deliverables produced by A1DS remain the property of A1DS until full payment has been received unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Users agree not to misuse the A1DS website or attempt unauthorized access to website systems or information.

Use of this website and services is also governed by the A1DS Privacy Policy.

A1DS may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
